Advancement of Metrics for Menstrual Hygiene Management in the Workplace

About

The purpose of the Advancement of Metrics for Menstrual Hygiene Management in the Workplace project was: 1) to develop or adapt existing measures to measure menstrual needs, practices, behaviors, and outcomes related to menstruationand work; and 2) to field test measures to arrive at validated metrics that may be used as indicators in broad-scale monitoring. These indicators can be used to broaden evidence on the experiences of menstruating women in the workplace, enable comparability across populations, and evaluate programs aiming to improve workplace experiences.
